Exploring history, culture and the arts is one facet of the Southwest Florida Museum of History. Delving into the history and culture of other regions in our state so rich with them is another. Join us for one, a few or the entire season of our popular Escorted Day Trips, January – April each year.
Visit a new region, uncover something new, see a traveling exhibit or just get away from it all with one of our enticing Escorted Day Trips. In fact, we take care of everything for you.
These guided trips to Florida locations are just a few hours drive from the Museum and include transportation, venue/site admission, lunch and a Museum guide. In fact, one price covers everything! It’s fun, exciting and easy – we handle the logistics and the planning so all you have to do is book your trip(s) and meet us at the Museum!
Plans are set for a season of excursions including a behind-the-scenes tour to world-renowned photographer, Clyde Butcher’s Venice Gallery, a day exploring Miami History, a new agricultural tour and a visit to the exclusive, private island of Useppa.
