Directions to the SWFL Museum of History

From North:

Via I-75: Take I-75 south to exit 138 (SR 82/Martin Luther King Blvd), exiting right (west) toward Fort Myers. Continue for approximately 3.5 miles, passing a water tower to your left. Proceed across the railroad tracks and through the traffic light at the Lee St/Central Ave intersection. At the next intersection turn left onto Jackson St. The museum is the first building on your left with red awnings and a railroad car to the right of the building. Parking is free in the lot in front of the museum.

Via US 41/Cleveland Avenue: Take US 41/Cleveland Ave south across the Caloosahatchee Bridge, staying in the far left lane. Go through the traffic light at the base of the bridge and turn left at the next traffic light onto Victoria Ave. Continue through the Broadway intersection then turn left at Jackson St. After about 2 blocks, the museum is on your right just past the library. A train car sits to the right of the museum, and the museum has red awnings. Parking is free in the lot in front of the museum.

From South:

Go through the traffic light at the Edison Ave/Cortez Blvd intersection then turn right at the next traffic light onto Victoria Ave. Continue through the Broadway intersection then turn left at Jackson St. After about 2 blocks the museum is on your right just past the library. A train car sits to the right of the museum, and the museum has red awnings. Parking is free in the lot in front of the museum.
